About Me
I am an illustrator living in the Chicagoland area with 20 years of experience. I love the look, feel & smell of ink on paper. And I have art that needs good homes.
In October 2013, I participated in a social media event called Inktober, during which participants spent the month of October completing and uploading an inked drawing. Via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, I religiously posted my work, such as teenage superheroes, seven deadly sins of robots, and classic monsters. This 31-day journey created some of my best and most interesting, stand-alone artwork. Why keep that bound up in a sketchbook?
I have done work for The Wall Street Journal, the American Bar Association, Grainger Industrial Supply, Sterling Publishing, Arcade Brewery, Middle Brow Beer Co., and Facebook.
Visit my illustration website to see even more work, such as my Illustrated Brews, a series of home-brewed beer with a story. It was this endeavor that drew the attention of Good Beer Hunting, a Chicago-based photographer. I was featured as the first in his "Maker/Drinker" series. You'll also find a mix of client and personal work.
Thank you for stopping by. Hope to see you again soon.
